In 2023, Herd Group became an employee-owned business through the creation of the Herd Group Employee Ownership Trust (HG-EOT). This marked an important milestone in the company's journey, reinforcing its long-term commitment to its people, customers and future.
Employee ownership ensures the business remains independent while giving every member of the Herd team a shared interest in its continued success. It protects the values and Customer CARE ethos that have been at the heart of Herd since the business was founded in 2014, while creating a culture where every employee is invested in delivering the highest standards of service.
