Herd Hire Limited is committed to ensuring modern slavery does not exist in its supply chains. To date, we have received no disclosures of modern slavery within our operations or supplier network.
We establish relationships with suppliers based on trust and integrity. Our onboarding procedure examines supplier reputation, legal compliance, health and safety standards adherence, and references.
We focus on evaluating high-risk spending categories and conduct staff education across all organisational levels regarding ethical sourcing.
We maintain a clear framework of policies relating to rules and behaviours and encourage staff to report concerns for appropriate handling under established procedures.
We verify all employees are eligible to work in the UK. Contractors must meet equivalent due diligence requirements. Temporary worker sourcing occurs through an approved supplier list.
