What if some of my routes are not ready for EV?

That is exactly why we start with the data. Vans that are not yet suited stay ICE, and we keep ICE vehicles on back-up while the rest of the fleet transitions.

How long does the audit take?

Typically 2-4 weeks depending on fleet size. Longer capture windows give a more accurate picture, especially for seasonal operations.

Do you help with charging infrastructure?

Yes. Charging strategy, home vs depot vs public network, is part of the plan. We flag what you need and when, so nothing surprises you mid-rollout.
