Commercial bathroom and washroom specialist Bansal updated its fleet with new bespoke sign-written vans from Herd Group.

Bansal sought a commercial fleet solution featuring a totally bespoke cargo area for safe and cost-effective product delivery. The company required specialised transport for 'ugly freight' - items difficult to move due to their size, shape, and weight.

Standard Luton van specifications didn't meet their needs. Bansal needed a higher-than-standard Luton with a larger footprint, maintaining good payload capacity while incorporating a metal floor and kick plates to prevent internal vehicle damage.

Herd Group supplied a fleet of Mercedes-Benz L3 Progressive RWD with tail lift, adapted with a bespoke-sized tail lift, additional load lok bars, and custom interior specifications. This configuration ensured product fulfilment and logistics were cost-effective while maintaining health and safety compliance.
