Board Enhancements at The Herd Group

The Herd Group has announced structural changes to its leadership following their 10-year anniversary celebration.

Nigel Schroder transitions to Executive Chairman, joined by Jason Rogerson and Anthony Moss as Executive Directors. This Executive Board provides governance and strategic oversight while maintaining company culture and brand standards.

The Operational Board will be led by Gemma Dickson as Group Managing Director, alongside Anthony McKeague (Group Finance Director), Mike Cooke (Group Fleet Director), and Danielle Davison (Group Commercial Director).

Gemma Dickson joined Herd in 2017 after starting her career at ERAC. As Group Sales Director, she has been instrumental in expanding the B2B fleet by over 600% in seven years, earning recognition as an industry rising star.

The company emphasises its commitment to internal promotion and succession planning, having become employee-owned in December 2022.
