Herd Group announces changes to board structure

The Herd Group has restructured its leadership with Nigel Schroder transitioning to Executive Chairman, supported by Jason Rogerson and Anthony Moss as Executive Directors. This Executive Board will provide governance and strategic oversight.

The Operational Board will be led by Gemma Dickson as Group Managing Director, alongside Anthony McKeague (Group Finance Director), Mike Cooke (Group Fleet Director), and Danielle Davison (Group Commercial Director).

Dickson joined Herd in 2017 from ERAC and has been instrumental in expanding the company's B2B fleet significantly. The restructuring reflects Herd's commitment to promoting talent from within, particularly following its transition to employee ownership in December 2022.

The Operational Board oversees Herd Synergy, which integrates three service lines: vehicle rental, fleet management, and remarketing.
